About 40,000 coffee mugs are printed everyday, along with 15,000 glassware, 10,000 stainless steel travels mugs and countless amount of decals. With over 100 employees and 75,000 square foot of pure manuafacturing our printing machines operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our inventory is fully stocked. We have over 3 million mugs ready to be printed. (Picture taken on the left is showing only one aisle. We have over 16 aisles.)
With over 20 direct screen printing press our company is capable for producing large quantities in a short period of time.
We offer decal printing for close color registrations and fine detail printing. Decal printing only works for ceramic and glass. In a regular day we print over 30,000 decal sheets.
Once the decals sheets are printing and air dried for at least 4 hours we hand apply each decal on the mugs. One by one we decorate. Our company decorates 13,000 mugs a day.
Another printing method we use is direct screen printing. Direct screen printing are mainly use for mugs with one color imprint and mugs with a straight surface. (Photo to the right shows one lady screen printing the mixing glasses and the other inspecting the print.)
Our direct screen printers can print up to 8 thousand mugs per machine. With 20 screen printing machines we can print up to a total of 160,000 mugs, glass, or stainless steel per day.
We ship over 350 packages a day with UPS. We advise you not to be worry when we ship. Not only that we offer the best shipping rates, we also provide special packing service to prevent breakage.
